The Urban Shepherd

I have been married to Michelle for thirty-plus years, and we live in Roseville, Minnesota. We have two adult children, Micayla and Elijah, living in Minnesota. I grew up in the foster care system in New York City on the south side of the Bronx. At fourteen, I moved to Riverside, California, to live with my biological mother.

I enjoy watching sports like football and basketball and the Olympics.

Regarding movies, I am a big fan of the underdog and action genres. My hobbies are cooking, cycling, and discovering family history using ancestry. I have published one book, "Broken Yet Called," with three others waiting in the wings to be moved toward publication. I earned my Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN, and I am ordained with the Evangelical Covenant Church. I have pastored six churches over twenty-plus years.
